A wealth of mentoring, coaching, and learning opportunities

They’re built into our company life and culture, and they power us all toward our career and company goals. 

  • We offer development and training courses through an online learning system on key subjects important to the job, such as project management, supervisory skills, and safety training. The list of available courses in our Learning Management System is updated every six months. Currently, we offer more than 1400 courses, ranging from Mastering Microsoft Products to Managing Peer Relationships.
  • You’ll also be encouraged to attend educational seminars, and workshops, offered through local professional associations or networks, that support your professional and personal goals. 
  • After you’ve been with us for three months, you’ll be eligible for tuition reimbursement for courses and degree programs related to your present job or your career path. 
  • For students and recent graduates, our management training and internship programs offer hands-on work experience to help you build your resume and make informed decisions about the career you want.
  • A number of the High companies have mentorship programs that pair new hires with experienced co-workers. We’ve found that this gives new co-workers access to company-specific knowledge and procedures, a willing sounding board for ideas, and a friendly face from day one.
  • And at every level of the company, you’ll benefit from your manager’s ongoing coaching and performance planning with you. You’ll work together to identify and hone the skills required to progress, boosting your confidence in achieving your very best performance.
